Malaria
Our Malaria RDTs are simple and rapid making each test possible to detect the in vitro presence of Plasmodium species in blood. 
The test uses a system of capture of the specific soluble antigen of Plasmodium and is intended for use on whole blood with no requirement for instrumentation.

A monoclonal capture antibody is immobilized on a membrane. Red blood cells are lysed by a lysis buffer and releases an antigen which will migrate up to the capture antibody along the membrane. A coloured signal is generated by particles on which a specific monoclonal antibody is immobilized and which binds to the antibody-antigen complex thereby leading to the appearance of a coloured band. The presence of a coloured control band of the test  validates procedure of the test.

For the detection P.falciparum specific histidine rich protein-2 (Pf HRP-2) and pan specific pLDH, for differentiation of P. falciparum and other malarial species viz P.vivax, P.ovale & P. malariae and for the follow up of antimalarial therapy, in whole blood samples.

For the detection of P.falciparum specific histidine rich protein-2 (Pf HRP-2), P.vivax
